Office Manager – Auto Super Shoppe Mt Wellington

We are a modern, well‑equipped automotive workshop and part of the national Auto Super Shoppe network. We’re looking for an organised and confident Office Manager who can keep our front‑of‑house running smoothly and support the daily workflow of our workshop.

Key responsibilities: 

• Managing customer enquiries and front‑of‑house operations  

• Coordinating workflow for the workshop team  

• Preparing quotes and invoices  

• Supporting the owners with business growth initiatives

What we’re looking for: 

• Strong multitasking and communication skills  

• Experience in an automotive or service‑based     environment (preferred)  

• Good command of English  

• Valid work visa
