We wanted to send an email to express our gratitude to Richard Smith at Auto Super Shoppe in Ranfurly.
At the end of May this year we were involved in a wee accident outside of Ranfurly, where our vehicle and caravan ended up in a local farmers’ paddock. Richard was to recommended as the guy to call and he arrived soon after our call went out.
From there on Richard went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. He mobilised our van so it could be moved to a safe space, and ensured we had transport home. He provided secure storage for our caravan until it was able to be collected for repairs.
All in all, Richard is a top guy. Super generous with his time, a real southern approach. We are extremely grateful such awesome assistance was on hand.
