I needed a warrant of fitness, and the visor on the driver’s side was broken, which meant I wouldn’t have got a warrant. However the mechanic showed real initiative by just swapping the broken fitting on the driver’s side to the passenger side, so I was able to get my warrant. Also, they were able to fit me in for my inspection, even though they had three people away with COVID. They were just so accommodating - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First time using this company. Great initial customer experience with the kiwi lady at reception, clear and concise information on services y’all provide. Her communication throughout this whole experience was of the highest standard from issues of vehicle to processes in place to get it fixed to pricing and even updated me along the way. With our family trip coming up, the car was fixed days before we thought we’d get it! (Credit to the mechanics). For a receptionist, she sure sounds like a mechanic as she explained how they’d fix our car. Thank you so much and count us in as a long time customer! The world needs more workers like y’all receptionist Nicole (I think that was her name), her work ethic and communication skills has made what would’ve been a stressful experience, a peaceful one. Nicola in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful and allowed me to leave my tire to be repaired then explained it could not be repaired and told me they could replace it. Workshop staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and patient. I also noticed he took plenty of time with the woman before me, explaining different options with her -⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
