This award is all about recognising the people in our industry that will very likely help shape the future.  We want to hear about the owners or managers that are always thinking ahead because they know they are in it for the long haul.  They will either be the future or at least help shape the future.  It might be a young entrepreneurial owner or manager who already runs a business like a seasoned professional but is still looking to improve every day.  It could be the owner or manager that devotes his or her time to putting back to the industry in other ways. (eg:  always upskilling staff or taking on apprentices, putting time into MTA board positions etc) .     Nominate yourself or someone you know in the Auto Super Shoppe network that you think epitomises what the next generation ought to be!
