Location: New Lynn, Auckland
Position Description: You will work alongside the General Manager (from time to time you will be the sole person on reception) and carry out Office Administration/Front of House duties, consisting of but not limited to; Cash Book, filing, invoicing, quoting, occasionally drop off or collect vehicles and/or customers.
Experience needed: We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the Automotive Industry, worked in an office administration roll previously (2-3 years’ experience minimum), quality customer service skills a must with good phone communications as you will be managing bookings and enquiries. All-rounder with office accounting experience, with an understanding of how to use and reconcile a cashbook. Knowledge of Synergy Auto Shop software a plus but not a must (training will be provided). Minimum DL required is a restricted however a full license is preferred.
Skills/habits needed: We are after a person who takes pride in their work and can communicate (read, write and speak) English fluently. Someone who is hard working and reliable, great work ethic, gets along well with others and can follow directions and procedures, as well as having good computer skills. Sole manning the front desk, we are looking for someone who can work well on their own, has initiative and is organised with excellent time management all while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
You will also need to hold a current NZ Driver’s license and have the right to work in New Zealand.
